Boarding

While building this state of the art facility the horse's comfort, safety, and nature were kept in mind. We are not a breed or discipline specific barn. We welcome horses of any breed or discipline. We believe good horsemanship and a good riding horse are universal concepts. We seek people who enjoy and care for their equine partners just as much as we do.

Key features of our facility include:
- 70' x 150' indoor arena with rubber footing - 13' x 15' stalls with rubber mats - Wash stall with hot and cold water - large equipment lockers for boarders - well maintained trails - round pen - tall ceilings and spacious aisle ways - fire safety features - Powder room - Security cameras - washer and dryer - refrigerator - ceiling fans

Turnout:
We rotate horses through a series of fields to encourage new growth of grass and avoid overgrazing to maintain our lush fields. This scheme also disrupts the parasite cycle so that the amount of wormer given can be reduced. We like to keep horses turned out as much as possible. When we have beautiful spring and fall weather we let them out 24 hours. We bring horses in at night during the winter months when temperatures drop below freezing. We vigilantly check the weather and bring horses in when thunder storms roll through or if we have bad winter storms. If horses are in the barn due to bad weather for a prolonged period of time stalls are kept clean and horses are turned out individually in the indoor arena to stretch their legs.

Other Services:
Owner provided supplements or daily wormer can be given upon request. Fly masks and blanketing can also be provided. Salt blocks, hay and feed are provided. We can accommodate any type of feed that you prefer. Full access to the arena is given except during a lesson. We can stand with your horse for the farrier or veterinarian. Outside trainers and instructors that are properly insured are welcome.

Vaccinations must be up to date and a coggins test is required yearly with a copy given to us for our files.

Full board is $550. There is no field board at this time.
